In The Lion’s Den is a six-part series in development by Beatrice Cho, with additional help from Matthew Wolfbane. The Story takes place in an alternate Earth where anthropomorphic animals called “critters”, coexist with the primitive “Giants”. The Critters live in a land of their own, forming social groups and often gangs due to conflicts between one kin to another. Many of the Critters also venture out into The Land of the Giants, reasons for this ranging from opportunism, to feeling isolated from their own kind, or simply out of curiosity. Subsequently, many end up forming special bonds with The Giants. The series revolve around five critter protagonists who somehow become separated from their Giant companion and get thrown back into their native land, The Fringes. The home that they once knew is corrupted by powerful beasts called “Therians” in a reign of utter tyranny. With the aid of other critters encountered along their journey, the protagonist must conquer the beast, and find their way back home. --- Updates Saturdays

ITLD on Tapastic February 7th, 2019, 10:49 pm
This announcement is a bit late considering I started posting my comics on Tapas months ago but it can't hurt to let you guys know.

I post my comics in SINGLE page format exclusively on this site for those who prefer to read ITLD on mobile. If you guys also happen to have a Tapas account, feel free to subscribe to me there as well. :)
Not going on Hiatus but updates may slow down December 9th, 2018, 8:12 pm
Just posting to let my readers know that I might not be able to post 6 fully coloured double-page spreads this month cause of increased shifts and extended hours. December is anything but a holiday for me.

That being said I hope everyone else, hectic schedules or not, find peace and joy during this busy month <3
UPDATE SCHEDULE November 2nd, 2018, 9:04 pm
Starting next week, ITLD will revert to updating on SATURDAYS and every other Wednesdays.

Sorry for the constant changes but unless something major comes up, this will be the last one!
300 fans!! September 20th, 2018, 1:09 pm
Thank you!! <3
UPDATE SCHEDULE August 10th, 2018, 4:37 pm
ITLD now updates on Friday evenings instead of Saturday mornings!
Making some changes to Patreon rewards June 15th, 2018, 7:28 pm
My Patreon will be getting a revamp over the course of this month, mainly the higher tiers because I'm not satisfied with it.
For starters, I changed the Early Access tier from 3-days to a full week, so any $3 patrons of mine will now receive fresh new pages right on the day previous pages are released to the public :D

Not entirely sure yet what I will do with the $5-$10 tier yet but expect the $10 to be effected the most. I will make another announcement before the end of this month in case anyone wants to edit their pledges before they'd be charged on the first of July.
Prints and posters of artwork February 12th, 2018, 11:03 am

I'm selling print copies of ITLD related promotional artwork if anyone's interested. I never really post any additional artwork besides comic pages here, so now is the time to show some of it off I guess. :D
New Years Resolutions for ITLD January 1st, 2018, 11:27 am
Happy New Years Everyone! It's been over half a year since the official launch of this project and BOOK ONE as of now, is about 30% complete.
There are some things I would like to improve on for the next months to come, in terms of how I produce my content and how I run my services on Patreon.

1. Double update more often

While I can't guarantee anything due to personal circumstances with work and responsibilities, I'll try my best to post an extra comic page when the pacing just seems too slow for the respective week's update.

2. Put more effort into my art

Although I do think my art style has become better since the conception of the first few comic pages, I will never stop improving and putting 100% into everything I do. Readers, if you ever feel as if the quality of my artworks is diminishing in any way, please tell me so.

3. The $10 Patreon perk

I will try to do a more thorough step-by-step posts of any WIPs of my artwork instead of just posting the rough sketch and calling it a day.

Other plans:

Depending on the amount of attention I get for ITLD this year, I will begin offering prints and working on merchandise stuff, possibly around the time BOOK ONE closes to a finish.

A massive thank you to my readers and a special thank you to my Patrons. :) I will always appreciate the support given by each and every one of you and I hope you all have a safe and happy new years!
